Navigating Mast Cell Activation Syndrome
Course

Are you struggling with MCAS?

This 6 week live course will help you start addressing hyper active mast cells, achieve regulation & live a more fulfilled life.

Mast cells are part of our immune system and their job is to sense the environment (both outside and inside the body) for threats. They line every single part of us, and can release up to 1,200 different mediators, such as histamine.

This is the problem we want to fix. When they have been overstimulated, they start to never have an “off” button. This results in a constant release of those mediators, leading to chronic inflammation & unbearable symptoms. These symptoms can be anywhere in the body, and in multiple places at once.

Working with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome involves multiple supports that allow the body to feel “safe” again, so those mast cells can turn off when they need to.

Once the body has become more stabilized, we have to address why this all started in the first place.

We are solving your unique path to to stabilization and ultimately your body’s reason for being here: the root cause.

How do mast cells get so agitated?

Do you
feel stuck?

One of the most common things I hear from my clients before they start working with me is “I feel stuck”.

They have tried everything to stabilize, and either nothing has worked or they plateaued.

Mast Cell Activation Syndrome requires a multi faceted approach. It involves addressing the environment, nutrition, gut & brain barriers, nervous system, limbic system, avoiding triggers, adding in the right mast cell stabilizers, and ultimately identifying & addressing your root cause.

It might sound like a lot, but it isn’t. This is why I created this course, to teach you how to implement these changes at your own pace to finally achieve that relief!

After working with hundreds of one-on-one clients, I came to develop this method for mast cell stabilization that actually works to address the root cause.

Mast Cell Activation Syndrome is a symptom: we have to first stabilize using various approaches, to then work on that what started this all in the beginning.

Topics Covered

It’s important to lay the foundation in understanding what MCAS is, why it starts & how there can be numerous symptoms involved. We will dive into what the most common root causes are so this gets you thinking what your initial triggers could have been.

The navigating triggers sections will go into what commonly sets off mast cell symptoms unknowingly. A key first step is understanding your unique triggers so you make steps to avoid those temporarily which is part of stabilizing mast cells.

Learn how to identify these, how to implement reducing them, and then re incorporate adding them in.

Food triggers are one of the biggest culprits in mast cell stimulation and deserves a whole week in guidance through this.

We will cover in detail intolerances with histamines, oxalates, lectins, FODMAPs, & salicylates.

Understand what in the environment can be triggering you, how to reduce those and make the necessary toxin free swaps.

This area is an often overlooked part of healing from MCAS. There are a variety of chemicals found in the following products we use that largely impact our us but are also mast cell stimulating: furniture, bedding, cleaning supplies, personal care, drinking water, kitchen supplies & indoor air. We breakdown each of these areas and you will have easy to follow guidance for identifying current issues and finding better alternatives.

Electromagnetic fields are a hidden reason many people continue to have mast cell related symptoms. We cannot see the effect these have on us so it’s hard to know what to do about these.  Understand where these come from, how they impact us & how to implement changes.

I go through the whole home with you in identifying potential routes of exposures and how to limit them.

And Nervous System Regulation Techniques: we dive into the various nervous system supports for limbic system regulation, vagus nerve signaling, vagus nerve structural, and parasympathetic nervous system balancing that are key to calming mast cells.

It is often thought that meditation and yoga are enough for nervous system regulation. These do not target the various aspects of the vagus nerve we actually need for mast cell calming. This is why I put this entire module together, to go through the exercises and supports that help regulate the nervous system.

Mast cells lie at every nerve ending, so nervous system supports are key to reducing mast cell activation.

We cover 30 different mast cell stabilizers, how they work in stabilizing and how to implement them into your daily routine.

We talk about which ones are best for which symptoms so you know how to pick the best suited ones for you to try.

Implementing them slowly is key: so we go through the steps in adding them in so the mast cells do not sense them as a threat and they can then be added in successfully!

And Detox Prep: learn how to get ready for detox support through addressing the gut, kidneys, lymph system, adrenal glands, liver pathways, gallbladder, skin & immune system.

Everyone has different root causes for their MCAS, but many are a result of toxic load to the body. This means your body has experienced exposures to certain chemicals or toxins to the point where it no longer has the capacity to detox them out, so it builds up to large amounts in the body creating symptoms.

This module teaches you how to step by step address your detox pathways to get ready for detoxification, in a safe and effective manner.

Understand the most common cause of MCAS: Mold Toxicity.

In this module you will learn how to identify if it’s an issue for you, testing methods, treatment plans and more.

Detoxing with MCAS is different than detoxing alone. The rate at which things are implemented is much slower and the binders & anti fungal formulations used in mold treatment are better geared toward that sensitivity.

And Final Supports in Navigating MCAS: how to identify other less common triggers or steps needed to take due to continued sensitivity or plateau.

We discuss what to do in a flare and how to create your own mast cell flare plan. We dive deeper into establishing a healing diet.

Blood sugar support, sleep supports, dental work & essential oil therapy are other things we cover to help you along with stabilization. And lastly, we discuss the power of mindset to get you through this healing journey and beyond.

This is a six week live teaching course, where we meet for 2 nights a week. Each class consists of covering the different topics, in detail, to mastering MCAS. After the course is done, you have access to the material for 6 months following the course end date.

2 nights a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, we meet between 60-90 minutes for each class. The time is at 4pm PST each afternoon.

Absolutely not, if you cannot make that live class for any reason, a recording is always uploaded after so you can watch on your own time.

I am a huge advocate for working one on one with a practitioner. But due to costs for that 1:1 time, supplements, & resources needed for healing, it can all add up. This is why I created this course, to help you get a head start on the things you can control in stabilizing mast cell activation syndrome. The ultmate goal being to get you ready to tackle whatever it is that is causing it in the first place!
